WAKE UP WORKOUT

Ponedjeljak, srijeda i petak u 9 sati

Program je namijenjen ženama koje žele dan započeti tjelovježbom. Program je osmišljen na radu cijelog tijela, funkcionalnim pokretima te vježbama umjerenog i srednje intenzivnog rada. Radi se na povećanju mobilnosti, jakosti i snage te povećanju kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti. Koriste se, uz vlastito tijelo, i rekviziti: girje, TRX, bučice, steperi, konop i slično (do 10 osoba u grupi).
